Sacred ordinances and covenants available in holy temples make it possible for individuals to return to the presence of God and for families to be united eternally (The Family, A Proclamation to the World).

Objective
The family unit is eternal, and we will be exalted as families. The doctrines taught in the Family Proclamation are a bright and clear message from God for our day and will guide us through the confused worldly trends that are ever evolving.
