WARD MISSION PLAN 2024
To Provide proactive couples/members for each Part-member and ensure a quality return and report at least twice a month
Proper coordination between assigned ministering couples/members for linking arms with full-time missionaries is ensured.
Provide quality training for ward missionaries to ensure proper fellowshipping and quality teaching is achieved.
Whenever possible, call at least 2 ward missionaries per organization
Actively involve members when teaching potential, new, and returning members.
Coordinate with FLM specialist to find potential members for reactivation and unbaptized members
Religiously use covenant path progress every weekly coordination meeting
Make every weekly coordination meeting effective by focusing on not more than 2 individuals/families unless otherwise needed.
Strive to have 1 baptism per month

• Discuss the importance of fellowship investigators, new members and returning members to the members of Bacayan Ward.

• Invite members (especially prospective missionaries) to join the full-time missionaries in their lessons.
REACTIVATION/RETENTION:
• Coordinate w/ Sister Yoyet (Finding Lost member specialist) to ask for contact information of LA members.
