Ward Ministering Plan

WARD MINISTERING PLAN 2024

1. To ensure that ministering companionships are actively reaching out to their assigned families by following them up once a month.

2.  Provide training to ministering brothers and sisters on how to invite the Spirit everytime they reach out their assigned families.

3. Seek help from Bishopric for non-functioning ministering brothers and sisters and provide interview or any kind of help to keep them on the right track

4. Call dedicated ministering secretaries to assist the EQ and RS presidency in tracking the success of each ministering companionship.

5. Each Active Member/Household will have weekly Family Home evening and daily Individual and Family Scripture study. This will be regularly followed up by the ministering secretaries.

6. Each active member/household will have 72-hour kit.

7. Each active member/household will have insurance of any kind (ML accident insurance or Palawan Pawnshop insurance for as low as 50pesos/year)

8. For members who do not have any medical insurance, assist members to get necessary forms and registrations for them to avail government financial aid for medical purposes such as Malasakit Centers, CHAMP, DSWS financial aids and so forth.

9. Motivate YSAs to increase friendship by holding monthly YSA home evenings. 

10. Empower Ward Emergency Rescue Specialist and organize Ward Emergency Plan to properly orient each member what needs to be done when calamities come.
